Pilates at Pro Physical Therapy is a fully equipped Pilates Studio. We offer STOTT PILATES® instruction, a contemporary approach to the method created by Joseph H. Pilates.
Gini Ferro is a fully certified STOTT PILATES instructor, certified Pilates Academy International instructor, certified CARDIOLATES® teacher, and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. She can be reached at pilates@proptnj.com.

Who can do Pilates?
Workouts are for all ages and physical conditions regardless of your current fitness level. Sessions are tailored to your individual and specific needs. Modifications to exercises provide challenge for the newcomer and the experienced fitness enthusiast.
What to expect from Pilates?
You will learn a step by step method that builds upon core movements. Attention is on postural alignment and form. Instead of completing many repetitions of each exercise, the STOTT PILATES method concentrates on multiple exercises and fewer repetitions with more precise movement.
What is a Private Session?
Private Sessions are custom designed using specialized Pilates equipment for a non-impact workout that will increase muscular strength and flexibility, creating longer, leaner muscle. Sessions will improve posture, body alignment and will help prevent injury. Private training is also good for post rehab work to continue to strengthen effected areas. In addition, these sessions can be used for a detailed approach in transition to group classes.
- $70.00/55 minute session.
- 1st three sessions come in a package at 20% off (introductory/one time only). Total is $168.00
- 10 session package - privates are $65.00/55 minutes Total $650.00 (good for three months) Non-Refundable
- 20 session package - privates are $60.00/55 minutes Total $1200.00 (good for three months) Non-Refundable
- There is a 24 hour cancellation policy - clients need to call 24 hours in advance to cancel a private lesson. Failure to call will result in a charge for the missed session.
What is a Mat Class?
Mat Classes involve exercises that are done while lying and sitting on a mat. The exercises involve strengthening, stretching and toning while emphasizing proper form. Small equipment for light resistance training may be added to the class. Reservations are required as the class size is limited.
- Sign up required on a weekly basis due to limited class size. Call or come in to sign up.
- Classes are 60 minutes long. Classes will begin promptly. Latecomers of 10 minutes or more will not be allowed to participate.

CARDIOLATES®
CARDIOLATES® is a total body workout that is fun, fat burning and core strengthening all in one. By combining the cardiovascular and health benefits of rebounding with the core strengthening and aligning benefits of Pilates, CARDIOLATES® stimulates every cell of your body, creates stronger muscles and stronger bones. You will not only get toned and burn fat, you will improve your posture and balance all in one class!!
The rebounder absorbs 87% of the shock to the body. Therefore, the jarring impact of most aerobic activity is avoided resulting in a fat burning workout that is kind to your body!!
- Class fees are the same as mat classes.
